We believe that successful growth involves 5 basic elements:

1. Product: You have the product or solution, preferably covered by a patent. This is your core asset and we will help you shape it for the market. If you don't have a unique product, solution or business model, then we are not the right people to help you. However, if you do then we can help you find the most profitable market to attack and the best way to do it.

2. Skills: You probably don't have all the skills needed to make your company a success. If you do, then you don't need us. However, if you lack certain skills - most often strategic and sales oriented competencies, then we can help you. We have a dedicated network of more than 100 experienced international business people with core skills in software and technology business development, and we use one or more of them in every company we are involved with. 3. Network: We use our own network and the network of our Project Partners and Strategic Partners to help your company find strategically significant customers and partners. Starting up in a new country is difficult, and having access to decision makers at your targeted customers and partners is a great help. More

4. Methodology: The “how” is as important as the what and the who. We have been there and done that and, on the basis of our experience and the GazelleGrowth program, we are constantly improving our best practise models to make the difficult journey to success as practical and action-oriented as possible.
